We are the biggist cheese producer in B&H. We ransom approximately 8 million liters of milk per year. We employ 43 workers

and over 1.000 co-operators. Soon we will get a certificates: ISO.9001:2000 for quality, ISO 14001 for managing the enviroment and HACCP for quality and sanitary conditions of our products.

The creamary “Mljekara Livno” was established in 1970, but the organized production of cheese has started in 1885.

From that time till today we are constantly present at different markets, especially of Croatia. Thanks to diligant work and improvement the eheese made in Livno has become recognized and well-known trade mark.
